Terms and Conditions:

Rates are in USD for 2 persons and subject to 10% service charge and Maldives government bed tax (USD8 per person per night), subject to availability, seasonal variations and change without notice. The Package is based on 2 persons maximum.
Flight details must be supplied 48 hours prior to arrival for speedboat transfers to be arranged. Combined Launch Transfers are charged at USD200 per person return.
Service and benefits listed above cannot be exchanged for any other service or cash.
In case of no shows or early departure, the full period of stay will be charged.
If staying over 24 December, there will be a compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner at USD320 per adult.
If staying over 31 December, there will be compulsory New Year Gala Dinner at USD380 per adult.
Above rates are subject to 10% service charge.
Cancellation fees vary according to the season.
10% non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation. 100% non-refundable deposit is required 45 days prior to arrival.

We have numerous sport activities available like yachting, skiing, jet skiing, parasailing, catamaran sailing, etc, at the hotel for an additional cost.
